Who we are

Desk Tests is operated by Desk Tests. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Reach us at hello@desktests.com.

What you are buying

A license to use Excel workbooks for your own preparation. Each paid scenario is two workbooks — one easy, one hard — built from one model, with four years of history, four years to forecast, and a balance sheet that has to close. You are not buying software, a subscription, a course, or tuition.

Your license

Paid workbooks are licensed to one named individual for personal preparation. The license is not transferable. You may not share, forward, resell, upload, post, screenshot, photograph, stream or otherwise republish a paid workbook or any part of its contents, including the questions, the solution and the underlying data. You may not use them, or anything derived from them, to build or train a competing product, question bank or dataset.

The free sample is the exception. Share it with anyone you like.

Delivery and access

After payment you are shown a download page immediately and sent the same link by email. That page asks you to confirm the address you bought with. Download links are generated fresh each time you open the page, so your link does not expire — keep the email and you can download again whenever you need to.

If the email does not arrive, check spam first, then email hello@desktests.com from the address you bought with.

What we do not promise

Every company in these workbooks is fictional and every figure is invented. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, a forecast, or an opinion on any real security. Desk Tests is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company or organization.

These are practice exercises. They are not a qualification, they are not anyone else's assessment, and they guarantee no particular outcome. The workbooks require Excel 2010 or later for the in-sheet marking; the Scoring tab works in any version.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record, so your purchase contract is with Stripe. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days — but because these files download immediately, that right ends once you begin downloading. You consent to immediate delivery at checkout, and downloading is what waives it.

To ask, email hello@desktests.com from the address you bought with, or raise it with Stripe directly using the details on your receipt. Stripe reviews each request on its own facts and may refund at its discretion beyond what is set out here. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes will be reflected in the date below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Nothing here removes statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
